A House of Fun: This property is like a never-ending carnival! With a shared lounge and an arcade/game room, you'll be laughing and playing all day long. It's like stepping into your own personal fun house where entertainment knows no bounds.

The room at I-Smile in Chiang Mai was totally my vibe! It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It was the perfect place to recuperate after a long day of exploring the city.
The arcade/game room at I-Smile wasn't really my thing, but hey, to each their own!

I had the privilege of staying at a hostel where pets and service animals were not allowed. Perfect for those who hate furry friends and good service. What a treat!
Imagine my disappointment when I couldn't challenge wild animals to a game drive or enjoy game viewing. So unfair.

I always stay at this place. Staff found my lost ID card. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, A/C, outdoor dining. Adults only, hiking, luggage storage, locker room. No pets or smoking. Coming back for Easter.

The value for my money at this hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and temples. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Great location with convenient access to amenities and activities. On-site laundry facilities. Free tea, coffee, and bananas available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Peter, who had a positive attitude and provided assistance with any queries. Scooter rental service available on-site for added convenience. Bonus of a small acoustic guitar for entertainment
Felt very comfortable during the stay, with no issues or inconveniences encountered.

Set near attractions, with great service and amenities. I had a blast cycling and trying my luck on game drives. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus.
Who needs pets and service animals when you can have none? So much fun!

The beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of bathrooms and showers, friendly staff, free krathong making for the festival, free drinking water, great location with restaurants and temples nearby.
Everything was spot on.

The owner of the hostel went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. When I arrived early in the morning, exhausted from my overnight bus journey, he allowed me to rest in my bed before check-in time. He even helped me with my luggage, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly, showing me how to make krathongs for the festival. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers available. The location was perfect, with the old town just a short walk away. I had a brilliant experience and would happily stay at I-Smile again.
The bathrooms had an unusual setup with sinks inside the showers, which was a bit inconvenient when I needed to wash my hands. Additionally, the curtains and windows in the dorm rooms were quite dirty and the tile floors were slippery.

I stayed at I-Smile for several nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and I appreciated having laundry facilities on site. The complimentary coffee, tea, and bananas were a nice touch. Peter, one of the staff members, was fantastic - always with a smile and ready to assist. Another great feature was the option to rent a scooter right at the hostel. Oh, and let's not forget the small acoustic guitar available for guests to play. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided complimentary water, coffee, and bananas throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to various restaurants and a short distance from the city center.
The cleaning staff. They would come early in the morning, sometimes waking everyone up with their loud conversations.
